"Originally created my user account by entring full details including full postcode. The delivery notice showed that my item was sent to an address without a postcode and the wrong name. When I didn't recieve my item I reported this.
I was told in an abrupt manner that the 'SourcingMap' records suggested no postcode (when it's impossible to open an account without one). I was told that nothing could be done about the 'non-delivery' of my purchase. No other solution was offerred.
I will never use this site again, it seems like a scam. "

"March 23, 212 Update

I really like how fast the shipping is and everything is so cheap! But this was my third order with them and I wasn't too happy with the product. I ordered a waist cincher and right out of the package, I could see the lower portion was either damaged or not sewn properly. It had loose threads and was coming undone! This wasn't at all the quality I was used to with their products so I'm hoping this was a one time thing but I'm not sure how likely I am to continue shopping with them. I've submitted this info with them and we'll see how this issue is dealt with.

I ordered two pairs of leggings from their website after googling "leather panel leggings" and seeing their pictures. They had a nice promotion of buy one item, get the second 20% off so I bought a second pair. They only had smalls and thank goodness I fit into them. I recommend measuring your waist and bum because they were more intended for girls with not too many curves. But I really like the leggings and have gotten compliments on them so I'd order again!

As far shipping though, it was free so I can't complain. It took about 2-3 weeks to get from their company to Southern California (where I live). "

"I like my new lens very much. It is small, light, and clamps securely by spring loaded bracket. Rubber grips help avoid scratching. It is really just an 8x fixed lens. The lens is focused by twisting the end ring, but the adjustment marks on the side of the barrel are fake. There is no indicator line or arrow, and the distance it travels is much longer than the scale anyway. The lens wiggles freely when secured in the bracket, and needs something inserted to serve as a gasket. I use a twist of rubber band. It is challenging to focus the image properly using an LCD screen, but this is not the fault of the lens mfgr. It really will take more than 2 weeks for this to ship from Hong Kong if you choose the free option. I have only one real complaint, and that is that the item was shipped in a flimsy unpadded box inside an unpadded pouch. None of the items were damaged, but the box was badly crushed and the parts were loose in the pouch."

"Qrdered my part on 12 February 2012, it STILL HASNT ARRIVED. It is now 12 March 2012 . One full month and it hasnt arrived.
They isued me with an account name and a password for sourcingmap.com but it doesnt work. I cant log in .

2 days after I contacted Sourcingmap to complain , they refunded my paypal account in full . Excelent service. I think their customer service is very good."

"Nine out of ten isn't bad? I ordered ten parts and one is missing pieces. I'll manage to track down pieces locally to fix the part and still save quite a bit of money, but I'm still let down a bit.

Edit: After I posted this review SourcingMap contacted me directly to confirm which pieces were missing and sent me a complete replacement part. That's some high-quality customer service, right there. They've earned a full five-star rating by me."
