"I received my product much after I expected and actually bought it for an event which had already passed by the time I got the product. So, I emailed sourcingdirect to see how I could refund the item and they told me "Considering the return shipping may cost you more (might more than the item price). We would like to suggest you to keep it instead of returning." I was a little mad about this considering they did not answer my question as to how to return the product. So I emailed back and asked the same question to which they gave me directions as to how to send it back. I opened up the package at this point and realized my product was completely snapped in half. When I took it to the post office, it was, as predicted, more to send back then the cost of the product so I threw it away. I am VERY displeased and will never use sourcingdirect again even with their low prices. I will also advise others not to use it."
