"****BEWARE OF SOUTH SHORE FLOORING**** We ordered two Hansgrohe brushed nickel shower kits from Amazon thinking they were coming directly from Hansgrohe. When we realized that only part of the order was sent and what was sent was a much less expensive chrome finish, we realized that the products were actually sold by South Shore Flooring who is impersonating Hansgrohe on Amazon. I was told by, Hansgrohe, who have been incredibly helpful with this, that South Shore Flooring is not actually a Hansgrohe distributor. We called South Shore Flooring and the sales manager refused to talk to me (first sign of fraudulent business practice). A customer service rep from South Shore Flooring, Andy, has told me various reason why they won't exchange the wrong items they sent me for what I ordered, from Amazon won't let them (a lie), to "there is just nothing they can do". The reality is that they could do a lot including be an honest business, but it is clear that they are not honest and will rip you off if they think they can. Not only will they not exchange for the items I actually ordered, but they also haven't offered to refund me the several hundred dollar difference. This is probably the worst customer service experience I have ever had and the problem was their fault. I am simply asking them to fix their mistake. ******AVOID THIS COMPANY*****"
"We purchased a product with the wrong delivery address. We contacted South Shore immediately and they assured us the product would be sent to the correct address. The company sent it to the wrong address anyway. In all communication to try and get our product the company gave us the run around and told us lies. They did not care to solve the problem and help since they had already been paid. 2 weeks of going back and forth I finally had to pay a FORTUNE to get my product sent to me. We were told management would contact us, they never did.
It’s most unfortunate that this company spews rhetoric just to appease the consumer with no real action to help solve the problem.
I will never do business with them again. "

"I would use South Shore Flooring again for sure. The salesman I spoke to on the phone when placing my order was professional and knowelegable about my purchase. The delivery was prompt and intact. Out of 42 boxes I found only 1 plank with slight damage to my laminate floor. The price was some of the best I found while looking online. I would recommend South Shore flooring to anyone looking for quality products with a professional service. Thanks again.
