"I ordered a WWII double neck buttoned dark brown gymnasterka, instead I received a 1969 light green single buttoned one which was completely different! And on another occasion I bought a WWII RKKA officers hat which I received two months from the actual delivery date. This website is a rip-off do not buy off them."

"I have ordered three KZS suits from Soviet-Power.com and I specified that I need all tree sets in the largest size "Long" (or size 3). I asked them if they have size 3, aka "Long", in stock and they said Yes. But I had to pay additional $10 for each set (jacket and pants). So I did (and I have a proof: the receipt from PayPal).
Also, they promised me that all sets will be matched in colors.
However, when I received a package, I found all three sets were size 2 (Regular), not size 3 (Long). The colors of the fabric did not match either.
I contacted the seller immediately regarding this problem and was told that I have to send all items back (to Russia, which is additional $90 for S&H!!!).
I told them that they shipped me wrong items (and actually cheaper ones!) so they must take care of the issue and I don't have to pay for their fault.
Since then I didn't hear anything from Soviet Power.
They literally stole my money.
Therefore, I rate them as No-Go!!! Never ever again! They suck!
They sell old Soviet military surplus stuff from 80's (which I guess they've got free) for big buck, but they do not keep their promises.

"I'm in a stand-off with Sovietpower.com at the moment. Ordered on 3rd December and still waiting. They have given me two bogus tracking numbers and a whole bunch of conflicting excuses and offers. The funniest email from them said that they rang our local post office in Australia and spoke to the postman, who said that the package was delivered. They keep insisting that they want my phone number so that they can give me 'details'. I've just been on another review site where they are saying this guy is a stalker on ebay and be very wary, and be prepared to lose your money."

"Ordered a wwll type gynastreika (infantry tunic). Was disappointed by product. Wrong colour and of a different variation from that pictured. Now unusable for reenacting. Won't buy from them again. "I needed some small items (beret, medal, goggles) for a costume party, and placed an order. Shortly after this, I received an automated confirmation email that the items had been shipped via UKRPost. When I tried the included tracking link, however, I got a message indicating I had used an "incorrect identifier." This continued for several days.

I then contacted the seller, who said it would arrive in "about two weeks". I needed it by a deadline, though, so I pressed (politely) for a tracking number. The seller then supplied a different (and correct) tracking number. When I checked the shipping status, the information indicated that the package had *actually* been shipped a FULL WEEK after I had received the initial shipping confirmation email. After I complained, the seller expressed regret, and promised to check with the postal service to see what had happened, and I never heard from them again.

So, I paid $30 in shipping, and the items did not arrive in time for my event.
