Avoid

"I ordered two temperature sensors, Dave sent one along with a note on the packing slip that said he shipped the second from another location. It's been over 3 weeks and hasn't arrived. He won't answer phone calls, doesn't reply to the formal contact process on his website. Don't waste your time with this business."

"HORRIBLE, NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! STAY AWAY! Won't respond to RMA request, won't return calls. Nothing. Sent part back for exchange but won't be holding my breath! "

Abusive scammers alert!!!

"We are a start up retailer company and happened to purchase our initial products through this seller SPA Parts Guys, without knowing what we were going to get ourselves in to. There is no customer service. No phone calls will be responded. There is no email address available and the online form ends up not responded.
We had to make 100s of phone calls and ended up leaving voice messages. Upon mentioning that we will have to give a negative review online if they do not respond, someone named David Faust responded back finally with a highly aggressive email on top of two abusive voice messages filled with abusive foul language and threats. Money wasted! Products were returned to them after a lot of hassle and David ended up not owning those products saying. Terribly scammed and abused! Please stay away from these people not just to save your money but also the stress and among ALL, to save your self respect.

atrocious customer service

"Calling Spa Parts Guy customer service atrocious is overly generous. It appears to be non-existent.
Ordered spa jets, but they turned out to be incompatible with the spa.
Attempted to contact company by email and phone.
Multiple emails were unanswered, and the phone "mailbox" is ALWAYS full.
Scam artist cheats. DO NOT ORDER from this company.

Our 2nd tub from SpaGuys

"At our first house money was tight and we wanted a spa, they had the best price by far. The quality of the tub was great and after 13 years we finally had to change the bearings on the wet ends of the motors. A very good value we felt.
We moved to a new home with a tub already in place, and decided to haul it away and get another spa from Spa Guys. Again the best price, and feel the quality and delivery was great. Thanks again to the two gentlemen who delivered it on a cold rainy morning.

Horrible Place

"Bought a cal-spa retrofit kit, the motor arrived broken, plus the kit was missing components that the video said were included. Emailed the guy, nad he was extremely rude and condescending.

I spent close to $600 for this kit, and to have it arrive broken, with the seller attitude, im sending it back, and buying from someone else.

"Think they are bigger than their customers. Rude and insulting when actual contact was made. Nickle and dime customers with made up charges. Over priced parts and shipping. Do your business elsewhere. You will save money and frustration."

Wonderful Company

"Three years ago I bought the Martinique and it was delivered on time and has been a wonderful spa. I have had a couple of problems, one with water quality and the other with power cutting off. Both times the sales staff and the tech person were of great help. They could NOT have been more helpful. These issues were my fault but they were most helpful in me getting them solved. I enjoy my spa everyday and would buy another one from them in a minute. This is the best spa with the most jets, deep, and easy to maintain that I have ever had. It was by far the best price. I am writing this review because of the other bad reviews which I just don't understand. I almost want to put my phone number here so people could call me if they are considering one of these spas. Very poor customer service and not reliable for warranty

"I purchased hot tub from Spa Guys USA about a year ago, this year when we were ready to use hot tub again we noticed the parts are coming apart underneath and was leaking one after another . There was no insulation around the plumbing areas. We requested to replace part due to cracks and leakage they refused to replace and asking us to pay for it. They are suppose to cover under warranty any damaged parts that you can not see and hiding under the hot tub. Now I have to purchase those parts on my own because they are not helpful at all after paying them over 5000 dollars for a hot tub we have to go through this. If I knew about this company's customer services before I would not have dealt with them. All I can do is go through consumer affair to complaint about them. What a time waste."

They are the real deal.

"Spoke to Kyle. Then spoke to Buck. Bottom line, they talked me through the steps to save my 10 thousand dollar hot tub which died on me in the middle of winter. First rate, patient, knowledgeable. I might just job myself out as a hot tub repair man, they were just that good! They are the real deal. "

Be careful, be very careful.

"The shipping of the spa cover is "free" however because I live in what the freight company calls a "remote area" (20 miles south of Boston, MA) I received a $50 surcharge. For that extra $50, it took the freight company 16 days to deliver the cover. My inquiries to the Spa Guy during this long transit time were not answered.
My opinion of the cover is that it is of average quality. Certainly not as good as the advertising leads you to believe.

Condescending tone

"I watched a spa guy youtube video that was helpful but had additional questions relating to my hot tub issue. In the description of the video it references the company www.HotTubPartsofAmerica.com. I went to that website and saw a help number of 1-***-***-****. I phoned the number and asked a specific question. The man (sounded like the man on the videos) that answered sounded like I was interrupting him was borderline rude and condescending. I knew the phone call was going south when I heard "you know your tub better than me, what do you think it needs" and "no, that was a question" when I was in the process of answering the question. Maybe he was having a bad day, don't know, but he lost my business and I refuse to do business with people like this!

This company is dishonest

"They sent me the wrong color spa cover. They were very angry that I refused delivery, and then kept all of my money. They kept saying the "check was in the mail" but I finally gave up. Don't do business with them."

Terrible service

"Purchased a Cayman Spa in late 2013, jet covers began to fall off, they sent out new ones, but continued to happen. Tub cover began to sag and become waterlogged after about 2 years, so heavy it is difficult to lift off. Contacted them, they said it has a one year warranty. Buy your cover from "The Cover Guy" the offer a 7 year prorated warranty. Filtering system is inadequate at best, tubs need a surface skimmer to perform best.
