"I ordered a part for my 2001 caprio sundance spa. It was a wrap around pillow. I received the part and tried it it was completely the wrong pillow. It did not even come close to the actual part (pillow) I sent an email to them the next day. They told me that the part that I had ordered was no longer made by Sundance spas so either I can return it I of course pay the return shipping or i can modify it. I sent them a response that This was not my error that they should have known that Sundance no longer made this pillow, Therefore I requested that they send me a prepaid label and requested a full refund again they sent me an email saying pay shipping costs or modify it. This is terrible. This is fraud. They knowingly sold me a part that they knew would not fit my tub. Terrible customer Service , there is no number to contact anyone to talk too. The other problem is that I had already thrown away the older pillow so now I have nothing."
