Then they say it was only one because they took a close and a far away picture, really. Well they sure got me! Btw one pillow only costs 20.00 from dynasty spas. Don't use this terrible company."

"The item I purchased was a universal type cover valet - it stated it would work with most spa covers - unfortunately it did not work with mine. After waiting several weeks for the item - everytime I checked the status it was "awaiting fulfillment" even though my credit card was charged the same day I placed the order - which is against FTC rules.
Anyway this company has an absolute/rigid NO Refunds / NO Returns policy, I guess I am used to dealing with businesses that actually want my business and have a flexible and reasonable return policy that I never investigated what the return policy was if it was not a good fit.

"Beware, beware! This company will not answer calls or emails EVER. If you order something it will NEVER be shipped until you file a dispute and they are losing money. You can't cancel the order because they won't respond and then instead of responding to you, they will quickly mail the part that you've been waiting a month and a half to ship to show up 2 months later at your door. Obviously at this point you bought the part someplace else. So if you could EVER speak to someone they would try to charge you a 20% restock fee plus shipping. Set fire to a $20 and you'll save yourself some cash instead of ordering through them!!"

"I just placed my second order with them, another great experience. I LOVE the fact I can enter my spa's model & serial number on their website in my account so they always know what I have, no more unscrewing 7 screws to drop my panel for the info again. They also have a phone number so I can call and talk to parts, all these damn pillows look alike.

"STAY AWAY!!! This scam company charged my credit card right away. The email they sent me appeared legit, but made no reference to any expected shipping date. Their website contact information is a cell phone. They do not answer the phone, but will make some false promise via text message. Their email address bounced back with a domain name issue. Ordered $693.12 worth of products on 8/19/18. On 8/25/18, their website still shows "awaiting fulfillment" with no further explanation. BBB gives them an "F" rating.
