"I am a bit concerned with the number of spiders in the unit and the fact that the lightbulb is broken in such a way, it will be difficult to replace without getting a shock. I will be bug bombing my unit. I will say it rained between visits, and the water was not a concern. Staff was friendly. I dont like being told we have to buy their locks when at least half the units we passed we not using the cyclinder locks. Seems like a cheap shot. So all in all, your 1$ move in costs 44$ - almost the first months rent."

"SquareFoot gave me information about different self storage places in my area. They found me the lowest price and helped me find out how big of a storage place I needed. Although they were helpful, they did not know the specific information about each company since they are not working for the company itself. For example, the person I spoke to did not know exact answers about insurance on the storage. The representative also gave me wrong information about billing which almost turned me away from one of the storage companies."

"We were given a storage facility close to our home in Marana, AZ. We will be leaving our home in Seattle Wa. towing a trailer containing personal belongings and wanted to stage there transfer from a storage facility. We liked the reviews and received confirmation via e-mail for a 10X10 unit with a check in date of the 7th of September....We did say that we might not be able to check in until the 8th depending on drive time towing the trailer. Terms were good. We then received a phone call from the facility stating that they only take reservations within 7 days of occupancy of the unit. Said if we came in immediately could begin payment August 20th. We said that we were still in Seattle but could provide a credit card and would take the unit early even tho we didn't need it until September. We were told that we had to sign the paperwork in person. We said fax it, we would sign it and overnight the info. In effect we were told that they wouldn't be able to do that and that they only had one 10X10 unit left and someone might come in who wanted it. In our experience a confirmed order was exactly that. Not so here. Perhaps this is just a matter of miscommunication but we needed to know that when we pulled into Tucson we had a place to drop our goods and return our trailer.....After all, we made a commitment to return it on time.
