If the staff member didn't work so hard to satisfy my needs based on my reservation then I wouldn't have stuck around and completed the rental process. But I did and actually rented another unit as well."

"Luckily I followed up the online reservation with not one but two phone calls to confirm. Both were necessary as they had no record off the online transaction. When we arrived to do the paperwork the unit we had reserved was all ready rented out! They did provide another unit, larger, to compensate at same rate. I think it's easier and more reliable to call the individual operators even though it may take a bit more time. The service at the storage site were very nice and apologetic. Sparefoot rather useless I'd say..."

"I reserved the unit through SpareFoot in the early morning. Stopped into the office when they opened to look at the unit. It was clean and the location was convenient. One of the roll up doors did not work quite right and this was the last 40 foot unit. we returned to the office to complete the paperworkand before we were done he had called and made arrangements to have the door fixed before the end of that business day. I did receive a call later that day telling me the door was repaired. I feel it was priced right as well. I will definitely recommend SpareFoot and the storage facility to my friends and family."
