"Found their site by accident looking for another but the prices looked really good so placed an order and noted that their business name is "White Tomato Corporation" on Paypal (what I use with any new business) not a good sign.. waited a week and a half with no shipping Info. Email with no response so I call them and just get a generic VM, finally file with PayPal and the next day I get an email that they only had four of the eight spark plugs..hmm OK send those four and refund the difference. Nothing for about a week and after I escalate the claim - wow guess what a tracking number but no refund. Wait for about a week and look up the tracking information - it wasn't even my order! delivered to the other side of the US. Well at least I got my funds back from PayPal but this business is a scam or worse."

"I ordered 4 Plugs for my Nissan. Once I placed the order my CC was charged that day. I have heard nothing from them and so called the number supplied on site. I get no answer and no answering service. I emailed them several times and no response.
After two weeks I get an email saying the plugs are back ordered. I am not even sure this is a real company. I have started a dispute on my CC and a charge back. Yes they are the cheapest on the net but if you never get product then they could give them away and it would be the same. "

"I am highly unhappy with my experience. My order arrived in a timely manner except that it was the incorrect part. Due to various circumstances,it took awhile before I contacted them about the error via email. Someone responded and said they were going to check with their supplier the verify the correct part number that I had researched and gave to them, but no further response. I still and stuck with a part I can't use and don't have the part I need. Also product was shipped via putting a shipping label on the original packaging, so even if they take back the incorrect product, the package will look poor to the next person that gets it."
