"This is the first and last time I shop at the awful sparklesforever.com. Not only are their products not the same as the photos they show on their website, their customer service is incompetent and their shipping takes forever (think a month).

I received an order of replica jewellry that looked MUCH cheaper than the photo shown on their site. I think they take the photos of the real, no replica, jewellry and pass it off as what they are selling. Very dishonest.

What else could go wrong? A month after I got my package shipped, I inexplicably got charged extra on my credit card, and had to hassle with doing a chargeback.

Their customer service is clueless and no help at all, and the manager is supposedly never there (or doesn't want to talk to you over the phone).

Word of advice: Stay away from sparklesforever.com!"
