"I had a very disappointing experience with Spazooie. I looked like a gorilla in the fur bolero jacket I ordered from their online shop. Sent back for a return within a 24 hour window of receiving the item and they refused a refund. In addition, they will not even return my correspondence with the company. Very poor customer service and a rip-off."
