I felt a real sense of pride in the company.
The merchandise was fine... pretty much the same type of mdse I could have purchased anywhere but the difference was in the way I was served. I have purchased online from many merchants and some don't even bother to contact the buyer....others won't even tell me when an item has been backordered and when pressed they give false information about orders. I don't get that feeling from this company at all.

I was shopping online for a few items that most all of the big name suppliers carried; however, due to lack of immediate inventory, responsiveness to my communication(s) and high product pricing (for the places that had available stock and would answer my emails/calls) I didn't order through any of the previously reviewed, larger e-stores that I found in my search. I then decided to contact a few of the non-reviewed, smaller outfits even though I was nervous about using an "unproven" seller over the web. I contacted several, and was given immediate response and treated "high-priority" (even though the order was relatively modest) directly from the owner of Special Operations Tactical Supply. His prompt attention to detail was what made me "try them out". From my first inquiry email to final delivery of everything I ordered took about five business days, and the owner himself contacted me almost daily with status updates.
