"So I was looking for just one bottle and some other online merchants were selling them in batches when I only needed one. Specialty Bottle is great because they can either sell bottles in bulk or simply one. I put in an order on the weekend but because the shipping was about 4-5 times more than the bottle, I decided I wanted another bottle because the shipping cost would stay the same. But my order for only one was already submitted. I call in on Monday asking for an additional bottle to be charged, but my order has already been processed. But the customer service lady was nice and said she would send another one free of charge as a sample. It ended up coming in two packages meaning they had to pay for another shipment. Specialty Bottle definitely goes the extra distance to make their customers happy. Highly recommended merchant for specialty bottles. One and only small suggestion would be to offer cheaper shipping alternatives. I was more hesitant to buying a $1 bottle with a $5 shipping charge. But possibly the higher cost might be attributed to the extra packaging material that is required to protect the glass."
