"Ordered 4 shipments of "organic" fruit through Living Social. Got the first delivery on time but the quality of the fruit was terrible. The 2nd and 3rd deliveries never showed up. My emails haven't been returned and the website is now down."

"Please don't buy from this company. Not only did they never show up on the delivery date they scheduled, they didn't email, call, etc to reschedule or explain why they were a no-show. I also had to wait 2 months between my initial order and the delivery date. HUGE waste of my time. Thankfully I purchased through Groupon and was able to get a refund. "

"Made the unfortunate decision to buy the Specialty Organics Groupon for Washington DC over a month ago. Not only has my fruit not arrived a month later, but they refuse to answer emails, and have given no delivery date. As I am moving from D.C. in a month, I know that my order will not get to me-it was meant to be four shipments, and given that I've waited over a month and the first is not even on the horizon, I have little hope of getting them. This company has terrible, TERRIBLE customer service, and basically says, if you want your fruit delivered in a timely fashion, you must pay us more money.
I have asked Groupon for a refund and warn anyone considering this company to reconsider!

"This was advertised as LOCAL and organic fruit. Quote from living social ad "fresh Colorado farm fruits." Instead it was a basket (major waste of packaging) of non-local oranges, pears, apples, and a rotten kiwi. Could have gotten a better, cheaper organic selection from the grocery store. Very unhappy and not looking forward to the remaining deliveries. "

"It took three months to ship coffee and lotion. I was told it would ship three weeks ago. nothing. emailed again. nothing. looked for a contact and found a ***-***-**** phone number. HORRIBLE customer service. No need for it to take three months to ship shelf stocked items. I wish they had notied "your coffee beans have just been planted and we will ship when they harvest" for the amount of time it it taking for these items."

"This is probably the worst company I have dealt with in over 10 years of online shopping. They advertise organic coffee and I took advantage of the deal to buy 6 packages of organic Kona and organic blue mountain coffee. Fast forward 1 month, the coffee was still not received. After asking about the status, I was told the coffee was shipped parcel post (with shipping cost of 23$) and could not be tracked. They then offered to reship which sounded fine. I then received a shipment of 3 bags of coffee with TJ max price labels still attached and the coffee was of the cheap blend expected from that store. It wasn't organic nor was it as represented on the site. When I asked about that, I was told that the product pictures are not meant to represent the product and that the coffee is Organic. The product pictures show Wallenford blue estate coffee which is clearly meant to induce people to buy, as that is a well known expensive brand...they refused to address the fact that their representation was misleading, instead they said i possibly misread the description and ordered a cheaper brand...nope the receipt is pretty easy to read and showed I ordered organic. Blaming the customer and the evasive answers makes it pretty clear this is some garage/basement operation that is not to be trusted."
