"Ordered an amp head for my son and that was over a month ago. Nothing. They said they could do this. 669.99 dollars later, this retired senior citizen is out the money. Was trying to something good for my son, a Marine Corp Iraqi War Vet. These people do not care. They take your money and run. Never, order from them. They do not return calls and the numbers they have posted are bogus and no one ever answers them.
I have to say, this is the most money I have been scammed out of. These people are ruthless and do not care. Please listen to what customers are saying, it is all true."

"Beware of Spectrum Audio's great "too good to be true" bargain prices. It would be a bargain... if you actually received what you ordered. However, after 3 months and no response to phone and email inquiries, it's obvious Spectrum Audio is strictly an online scam. We placed the order. 2 weeks later it had not arrived. I was lucky to get Matt on the phone and he told me the product had shipped 2-day and I should expect it within that time frame. The gear never arrived. I tried to get in contact with him a week later and he started ducking all of our company calls and would not return our emails. We had friends call and he took those calls when he knew it wasn't us. My boss even tried to track down the package and was told it was stuck in customs. If it was stuck in customs you wouldn't have been able to ship it 2-day a week earlier. After completely ghosting us we reported the company for fraud. Save your self the headache and shop with another vendor."
"Excellent customer service. I purchased an external hard drive that happened to be a lemon, which happens sometimes. It took a bit longer to exchange than I would have liked, because they had an issue with an employee that they let go in the middle of my problem. I do have to say that the gentleman (Mark) who picked up my case, with an already annoyed customer at having to jump through a few hoops and repeat my story, did an excellent job. He kept in constant communication with me and was very apologetic that the situation took longer and was a bigger ordeal than it normally would be. I would order from them again."
"I am assuming spectrumaudio drop ships everything, meaning they don't carry any of their products in stock and they'll be shipped from the manufacturer. What does this mean? It means your credit card will be charged, you will receive NO ETA, and shipping is at the mercy of the manufacturer. I ordered my product back in early January, was told it was backordered until February. After a whole lot of FAILED attempts to contact spectrum (wrote 2-3 emails with no response), I cancelled my order. Went ahead and made the same order the first week of February (decided I needed the item and figured the problems were ironed out), and was told the item was backordered until "sometime" in March and that an ETA MIGHT be provided in late February. THIS TIME MY CREDIT CARD WAS CHARGED $600 AND I WAS NOT GIVEN ANY INFORMATION ABOUT THE ITEM UNTIL I CONTACTED THE COMPANY OVER A WEEK LATER REQUESTING SHIPPING INFORMATION. I honestly would NOT shop at spectrumaudio again - too many variables and unknowns, and on top of it all, they'll gladly take your money while leaving you in the dark for months. Right now I'm working to get my money refunded - but I'm not holding my breath. Spectrum will likely force me to cancel the order, unlike other reputable retailers who don't charge you until the item actually ships.
My question to spectrumaudio is, "what would you say you exactly DO here?""
