I bought a quality microphone with Speech Recognition Solutions in 2006, and in 2014, after nearly daily use, the microphone began acting up in some specific situations, probably due to some mechanical damage (I am constantly traveling with the item). I had an issue with windows 8 and the USB adapter for my M3 Seinheiser mic, which after much investigation ended up likely being a timing issue in the usb adapter. While we were still figuring out the problem, the staff at speech solutions helped remote control my PC while on the phone, to exactly pinpoint the issue. Once we knew the problem they immediately sent me a different brand adapter and got everything working perfectly. Throughout the process I was told, no matter what, we won't leave you hanging and will ensure that you are happy with the product you ordered... they delivered!!
