Terrible company never sign up by them for calling cards

"Since I have signed up a week ago or so I wasn't able to place any calls After hours and days reaching out to the company they said will fix the problem I should give 24 hours, weeks later it's not working and you cant reach them. horrible!"

"I wasn't compelled to write reviews before until the experience I went through with speedypin. They are a supposedly a reseller of phone cards, and only that. If you are missing minutes and you cannot get help from the phone card support line, they would guarantee your minutes by either replacing the lost minutes or through a refund.

I purchased 4 phone cards from them. 3 of which were under different names but essentially under the same phone card company. These first 3 cards all shaved my minutes by up to about 50%. I did thorough calculations of all displayed rates and surcharges and it never added up to what I had lost after each phone card. I also specifically tried a FRESH phone card just to see exactly how much they were shaving off each time. So either they had hidden surcharges, or they literally just shaved my minutes.

I called the phone card support several times (very poor English, and I had to repeat myself many times). Each time I called them, I explained my story and asked for an explanation, and they always avoided my questions and supposedly would tell me that there is an error in their system and would report it to the "back office". After 3 tries of doing this and my minutes not being restored, I went to google and found reviewcentre where reviews of speedypin is more abundant than resellerratings. Normally, I would look up reviews about online merchants before I buy anything, but my past experience with buying phone cards (in-person) never resulted in shaved minutes so I didn't think there would be a problem.

At reviewcentre, a lot of the customers reported the same problem I was experiencing. A speedypin worker named Eric posted a note to contact him if anyone had any problems with missing minutes. So I emailed him giving him a long letter of what happened to me. After a second email, he referred me to a speedypin customer service representative which after about a week was able to refund me for the 3 calling cards. I was quite satisfied with this, even though this problem wasted a lot more than $20 of my time.

What about the 4th calling card? The 4th one was an STI calling card. I didn't keep track of the minutes on this card as thoroughly as I did the other cards because I was fed up with the whole situation and I just wanted to make my phone calls. I did vaguely keep track of the minutes by estimates and I did calculations here and there. My conclusion was that this card also shaved my minutes, but not by as much as the others.

My advice is that if you buy from speedypin, make sure you keep track of your minutes against the posted rates after EVERY call. Overall, I am not satisfied with the phone cards that they sell, BUT their customer service is good as long as you put in effort to contact them.
