"I was very impressed by the low price for the tires I wanted but had heard about tires being received from several companies that were out of shape and not able to be mounted on the wheels. I called Speedy Tire and spoke to a representative who understood my concern and was very familiar with the problem. She assured me that the tires I received would be in proper shape and I would have no problems with mounting. She explained that Speedy Tire did have a problem with this issue in the past and took steps to correct it. I felt assured that I would receive the exact tires I ordered and that they would be in good condition, thanks to the reassurance by the service representative."
