"I researched hi and lo to find the Toyo tires I needed and SpeedyTires had them 50 dollars cheaper than anywhere else. I was a little skeptical so I decided to call them to make sure their phone number worked. Guess what, I got a human!!!!! Not many discount stores actually provide phone numbers these days. I talked to the lady (wish I remembered her name) and she confirmed the stock number and price on the phone so I ordered them online with a virtual CC on August 14th at 10:04 am. At 10:06 am I recieved an email reciept confirmation and I another email stating I had the norton shopping guarantee. At 6:56 pm I recieved a FedEx tracking email stating my order had shipped. By August 17 at 2:15pm my tires were delivered to my door.

This was exactly how I would have hoped this purchase would have gone. Cheap, Informed, and On Time!!!!!!

"I contacted Speedy tire about one of the tires I received from them, would not take a balance at a reputable tire shop (Big O Tires). After informing them of the issue and waiting 2 weeks, they finally told me that there’s nothing they can/will do to help me with the tire they sold me. They suggested rotating the tire to the rear, which was already done. I now have a tire on my truck with a terrible balance, shakes at highway speeds uncontrollably. SpeedyTire refuses to help in anyway, saying the issue is with my vehicle. Prior to installing the tire, I had no issues with the rim shaking. I’m now out over $300 for the tire and have to purchase one from somewhere else."
