"I ordered commerical tires form another store and did not receive the ones ordered Arroyo 225 70 19.5 A1k008 16 ply. I recieved A1k007 14Ply. So i returned.
Google search showed Speedy Tire had the 16 Ply tires. I called Speedy Tire to confirm they had the correct A1k008 16 ply tires to ship. Customer service call the warehouse and verified the tire part number and ply rating and then called me back.
I then ordered online, and received the correct tires in a couple of days via Fedex and the tires were also actually cheaper from Speedy tire.
