"First I had to contact them to request an receipt or shipping confirmation, I was told they had to "resend it" to me because I just didn't look for it. I let that slide as I was in need of the tire I had purchased. Then, 8 days go by without any communication from the seller so I write to request the order to be cancelled. It took the seller approximately 3 days to get back to me. I was made aware of the fact that the order had been cancelled even before I had requested cancellation and refund. As I stated to them in my email this might be an isolated case, fell through the cracks or whatever but I honestly don't think anyone I know or myself will be buying from a company who knows they depend on customers but show this level of disregard !"
