"I found this company online. We were looking for three main things: speed of delivery, color choices and pricing. Speedywristbamds met all three. Due to time constraints, we didn't have time to see sample colors in real time, and could not have been happier with how our bracelets turned out. I called customer service and let them know we needed a burgundy color....what arrived was nearly the exact color of our shirts! This is the most unprofessional company I've ever had to deal with. I have NO IDEA how they are still in business! Alex was our representative and I'm beyond dumbfounded as to how or why he's employed. We ordered segmented wristbands (2 colors) and were promised that the text would not overlap from one color to the next. When we received our order, 90% of the wristbands were completely MESSED UP! Colors were bleeding and text overlapped from one color to the next. We contacted them right away and were asked to submit photos. We sent them plenty of photos and the response was that they saw nothing wrong with the production. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? We replied asking for either a refund or a replacement order, and they stopped responding completely. We called, emailed and tried to use their online chat. No response! We finally got through to Alex over the phone and he HANGS UP on us! At this point we had to have our CEO call the company and demand to speak to their supervisor. They tried to apologize and agreed to send us a replacement order. We even went with a simple wristband to make sure they didn't mess up. Simple black bands, red text on the front and white text on the back. About a week later we receive our order and all the text is now red! The worst part is that they even sent us a proof that we signed off on that CLEARLY shows the color of the text. At this point it's been a month and we still don't have the bands we wanted. Our CEO had to contact them again and demand a full refund. We have yet to see this refund."

"Ok i order blackwristbands with red writing. I recieved black wristbands with ORANGE writing ive had these wristbands a month and already the color has wore off. I never recieved progress off my order was not informed that my order was to be shipped out had no idea when to exspect it. It took A MONTH for me to recieve the wristbands. After contacting the company they said i can pay another 26.00 for them to speed up the production amd recieve my order no later than may 5th i placed the order march 27,2013...
