"Very Disappointing
Per sizing chart suggestions I ordered a small, which was much too large. There are 2 patches on the top, one is obscured by a strap, the other placed crooked, not reflective of the picture. The sleeves also differ from the image, widening into large bells at the wrist.
At time of purchase I was unaware that the purchase would be ineligible for return because it was purchased in October."

It should have been a 30 dollar costume. The mask is one you would from a cheap Halloween store and the wig is of bargin bin quality. I wouldn't buy from them again. "Horrible online shopping website!! Beware, stay away! I bought a bulk order of corset's for my friend's bachelorette party to wear for the weekend before Halloweeen. I needed different sizes and never on their website did they say they didn't have it in stock. So I went ahead and ordered and paid extra for express shipping. I was expecting them to email me within 2 days if it wasn't in stock (which is posted on their website)and I will be issued a refund ASAP. I waited for their reply and never got one. I called the customer service line who I talked to this Indian guy (basically the main operator for this website) and he was no help whatsoever! He kept telling me he's going to check on my order and it's in the process of getting shipped, they need to gather up the corsets from different places because they don't have them all in stock, and asked me to be patient. I gave it a few more days, but knowing I had a time restraint to get my items in time, I began seaching for other websites that were selling the same corsets. I contacted their customer service line and they were able to tell me within the same day that the manufacture Daisy Corsets no longer had the corsets available. Basically I wouldn't be able to buy them anywhere. I called spicylegs again and asked them again what's the hold up, and he gave me the same excuse. I told them that other websites were able to tell me the information I was seeking from them in just a few hours, but spicylegs can't even do that. Absolutely horrible! I got fed up with them trying to throw me around in a loop and asked for my full refund. They were hesitant to offer me a refund since they would be losing out on money and tried to feed me more lies about we're working on your order, it shouldn't be much longer. That is complete BS! The operator guy said he sent the information to the refund department. I waited about 2 days I didn't get any notification about my refund. Called them again, finally he was able to tell me the transaction ID and sent me an email. It has been another 2 days since they "supposedly" issued me a refund, but it has not shown up in my online statement yet. Seriously fed up with their slow, inconsiderate, sham of a service. I called my bank and they told me if I don't see the refunded amount within 2 days, I will have to file a claim against them. Never again will I shop here ever again in my life. "

"I purchased a costume and based on your web site size chart, the costume should have not only fit, but been a little big. I get the costume, in the size I ordered, and the size chart on the package indicates completely different sizes, and does not fit. Now for the Pros and Cons of my product:

1. Pros - My product fit perfectly and came with almost everything I needed to make it work properly. I tried everything on and it looked good.

2. Cons -Something about the the purchased...be warned..the helmet can get very warm inside and the latex overlay scales have a slight rubbery scent for a few days, and can also warm up very quickly. I also was missing the chin strap for the helmet...however I got a velcro fitting from a craft shop to compensate. The UPS box that my outfit came in was partly crushed, so maybe the vendor should use more sturdy boxes and use more tape.

Overall, I am happy with my purchase and cant wait for Halloween! I would refer friends."

"I am pleased with their product, however their shipping and return policies are extremely poorly worded or else completely in error. I purchased an outfit at the beginning of September, had difficulties receiving it due to poor shipment procedure, however that may have more to do with UPS than Spicy Legs. Once I received the garments, they did not fit properly and I was forced to order a different size. Spicy Legs required a copy of my photo id to prove my identification, then did not reply to my requests for the process by which I could return my original purchase. I am still waiting for my second purchase, I am down $200, and I have yet to get a non-automated reply back to my emails."

"I was very satisfied with my product - it was exactly what I ordered in great condition. Everything in the photograph was there and everything it claimed to include was in the package. it was neat and undamaged, and felt comfortable and I was able to move around in it comfortably. I'd recommend this to anyone looking for a product like this one as it is a killer price and a great product.
The sizing was slightly off, but nothing a few saftey pins or thread wasn't able to fix up nicely. Also, the back is held together by some small pieces of Velcro, so some areas sit open and some places on the costume sag if you're a tiny person like i am. I put more velcro on the back though, and as I mentioned, a bit of sewing (or gluing) in a place or two and it was perfect!
The package arrived very timely and overall i was mostly satisfied with the product - i will be buying from here again.
I give this product an 9/10"
