"I discovered through much expense and trial and error that the Spigen cover I purchased is not suitable for use with most if not all full coverage screen protectors. If like me you like to use a full coverage screen protector then Spigen covers may not be suitable for you. With hindsight it might be worth confirming your particular model with Spigen before purchasing. Spigen's UK distributor confirmed they're aware of this problem. Shame it couldn't have been mentioned in the product description."

"Worst online transaction ever!! Ordered a case for about 436.00 on 9/15/2014. After not even a delivery notification and repeated calls/communications with CS with no response I disputed the charge with my credit card company and received a credit. Would you believe that on 10/15/2014 I received a shipment notification. There was no further tracking until 10/20 (so only shipping label was prepared) and now delivery is set for 10/24 ( I originally paid extra for 2 day shipping). Its nice to know that they are sending me the case even though my Credit card company already reversed the charges. I did call FEDEX and directed them to intercept and return the package to Spigen."
"This is one of the worst online stores I've ever dealt with.
I place an order for an iPhone 6 case. Even though their web site said it was in stock, they charged my credit card, and said it would take several weeks to ship.
After about a week, I cancelled the order (via a web email - they have no phone support at all). After about a week, they indicated the order would ship soon.
The case arrived, and I requested an RMA number. This should have taken 1 to 2 days (according to them), but after a week no reply.
I'm currently going through the CC company to dispute the charge."

Weeks after the iPhone 5 launched.
Then when I received it, it was not the correct length.
If the home button was on right, the earpiece was half covered, and vice versa.
In the box they have a "100% Risk Free" "if by any chance it does not fit we will AUTOMATICALLY send you the revised product. There is no need to verify or return the product to us. You do not even need to contact us".....
Yeah, I contacted them, and they wanted verification of the order as well as a photo of the product on my phone.
They also claimed that they already refunded me, then that I already have the revised item... Why would they tell me I would receive a revised item if this was the revised item?
I do not have a camera to take the picture with.
These people are real A-Holes.
