"This is probably the worst online purchase experience I have ever had. I'm sure I will eventually get what I purchased on 6/18/14, but it is now 7/8/14 and a shipping label was only created on 7/2/14 after I called customer service on the 2nd to ask for a tracking number, despite getting an email on 6/20/14 saying it had shipped. The rep said he would look into it and call me back within an hour and I never heard back. I called again on 7/7/14 and was told it went out on 7/2/14 and would be delivered on 7/9/14 but UPS hasn't even picked it up yet as of this morning (7/8). The customer service rep on 7/7 was very helpful and polite, but it doesn't change how incredibly unorganized this company is. BUYER BEWARE!!!!"
