I made an order today, they put it on hold, i called to ask why is that and i also had to explain myself?
They said it was marked as fraudulent and maybe they will ship...few hours later they cancelled it and refund my money (thanks, but i wanted that scope)
Customer service = crap, i tried to contact them and they cancelled the live-chat and also hang up the phone! IN MY FACE!

I ordered with everything matching credit card matched user name and address they sent a email saying my order had several flags of fraud so they iquired that I do a wire transfer mind you they call and ask you why your buying the product so I tell them I lost my cat it's a emergency so I need the 2 day shipping they were all nice to me saying yes this will be perfect to find your cat as if they cared. Canceled my item called back they sounded so unprofessional like they had no idea how to differentiate a good purchase from a fraud purchase all my info and my wife's info was in there all matching everything to the tee so now this wasted two days everyday my cat is outside was a chance he strayed further. Sportoptics needs better professional people to handle there orders as a LLC they seem like they made a lot of mistakes before.
