"They are a traditional mail-order company, so their Web store is somewhat lacking in the catalog section (hard to find items, just a hierarchy of products, small pictures). However, they do have a good printed catalog that I ordered (for free) first. Then I used their web store to enter item number of products I wanted.

They acknowledged the order immediately via email. There was some mix-up with shipping - it looks like they sent it via some strange route. This may have been UPS fault as well. I did not mind - the ground order took two extra days to arrive (not a problem for me).

The items are of good quality and I would buy from them again."
