"We ordered a 9x9 West Point Black Knights Canopy on 9/16/2012. We did standard shipping and just got an email today 09/28/2012 that the item was shipped. What I am upset about is that Sports Nuts Online asked when we needed item. We put 09/28/2012 because we have a game tomorrow. I would have paid for the extra shipping if I had known this would happen.
Whats worse, is when we follow the link with our tracking number at Fed Ex, there is no record of shipment. Also, when I try to look at my order on the web site, there is no record of it. Tried contacting Sports Nuts Online but no one answers the phone. Not a good experience with this company.

"I ordered a Steelers blanket on 12/18/2011. The total amount of 66.83 cleared my card immediately. As of today, 2/23/2012, I still have not received my order. Furthermore, I have left several messages both by e-mail and by phone and have not received a response."

"Same issues at mentioned. Placed an order on October 25 for a tailgate canopy and four chairs. For Christmas delivery - heard nothing despite repeated attempts to contact by email and phone. Filed a complaint with Fla BBB. In January, Kathy, finally called from Sports Nuts. Said their computers had been offline. Did receive canopy two weeks later but never the chairs. No contact at this point and phone has been disconnected. Sketchy place at best. Would not recommend. I am guessing they are having financial difficulties!"

"Buyer Beware! They never have anyone to answer your call, their online assistant is never available and they do not respond to voicemail or email. I never even received 2 items of my shipment and paid for 7 day delivery...it has now been 3 months. DO NOT order anything from this "company""

"Nearly same problem as others but i did receive my item but that they will not respond to any of the numerous emails i have sent about my scoreboard clock that arrived damaged with some led's out.Now it's past the 15 days after christmas and doubt i'll ever get this item sent back for a replacement or refund.Not a good way to run a company."

"BEWARE of This Company! Around the 1st of December, I ordered a Christmas present for my wife to be delivered by 12/21. They charged my credit card after I ordered the present, and I also received a FedEx shipping number on 12/19/2011. On 12/23, I contacted FedEx and was informed that the package was not received from the Merchant for shipping. I called SportsNutOnline numerous times but received a recording and was unable to leave a voice mail as the voice mail box was full. I also sent numerous emails requesting the status of my purchase but received no response. It is now 12/28 and I have not received the package. Also, the customer service phone number of ***-***-**** is used by another internet company called Five Starr Sports Inc in Coral Springs, FL. Further, for ebay users SPORTSPLACE954.COM is the domain name for SportsNutsOnline.com according to web page http://whois.domaintools.com."

"I ordered a Christmas present for my son to be delivered by 12/21. I received confirmation that they received my payment and it's in "tracking mode" and tracking number to follow. It is now Christmas Eve and I have not received a tracking number or package. I have emailed the company twice and have had no response. I paid a large amount for shipping, so my total amount was way above if I had gone to a store and fought the crowds. I now do not have a present for him, nor extra funds to go buy one. I have used the company in the past with great results. Unfortunately, this time it appears that I am out almost $50 and not worth their time. "

"LOVED THIS WEBSITE. FAST, FREE SHIPPING, GREAT LIVE ONLINE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GREAT QUALITY PRODUCTS.

I placed my order and had it 7 days from when I placed the order. I chose the free economy shipping and when I got the product I was so happy with the quality. Whenever I had a question I just went to the website and talked to the Live Chat. They were very helpful and always had immediate answers.

Also, the product I ordered the ravens tailgating tent I got for $150.00 when all other websites have it listed for $200-$300.00. AMAZING will definitely use again!! Thanks!

"ordered two backbacks for my children. the picture looked like the backpacks were really big, and product info also made them sound like they were quite roomy. when i received them, they looked nothing like the picture. were really small, and not as described. i returned them, had to pay for shipping, then when i received my refund it was for $24.57 less then what i paid. called the store. said there was a restocking fee, and charged be back ror the "free shipping" i received when i ordered them. tried to reason with him, but he stated it was their policy, he was closing for the night and hung up on me. i would NEVER reccomend any one to order from this company. i have bought alot of items on line, and had always had good customer service. guess they are one of the companies that make people leary of on line shopping! "

"First time ordered from SportsNutsOnline.com. Searched for a Purdue University sports chair and they had a good price. I needed it quickly and right there on the order form was a box to check for "I need it in less than 7 days. Please contact me if my shipping option needs to be upgraded". They processed the order and shipped it that day. I wanted to track the shipment but needed the tracking number. I chatted with Scott Starr in Customer Service who apologized for the delay in sending the tracking number, but right then he looked it up, gave it to me in the chat window, informed me I will have it tomorrow (6 days after ordering), and emailed the tracking info to me. Superb service! Easy to use web site. Very happy so far!"

"I bought a Ravens NFL chair and canopy for my wife. The chair arrived, but the canopy never did. I have called them, and emailed them. Now I am in Afghanistan, and I am still trying to get the canopy shipped. It was for my wife's birthday almost 2 years ago. A very bad experience. They are a bunch of crooks. Take your money, and then do not delivery the service."

"I searched everywhere online for a NFL Tailgate tent for my husbands Steelers. We couldn't find it anywhere until we found this web site. They showed it so I was worried and called. "TERRIBLE experience. Lured into ordering by the wide selection of items. Placed my order (including a backpack for my son's first day of school) on September 6th, and PAID for FedEx Home Delivery to EXPEDITE shipping. After sending several emails, I finally received an email on September 23rd saying it SHIPPED: 17 DAYS LATER. It is now OCTOBER 1st and I STILL don't have the backpack: Almost a MONTH later. I already got my son's FIRST REPORT CARD, but I STILL don't have his 'back to school' backpack! I am an online shopping machine. I've bought thousands of items from hundreds of online stores. I've NEVER had an experience as bad as this. Not even on eBay!
