"They advertise on Amazon.com (so some of the blame goes to Amazon). I wanted to purchase an Ab Lounger which they had advertised on Amazon for $99.99 plus shipping and the ad stated "Usually ships in 1 to 2 business days". They charge my credit card account for the total which was $127.69 and then notify me that the item won't be available for 4 to 5 weeks. I questioned them about their ad and they said the ad states it will ship in 4 to 5 weeks. I go back to the ad and it still states it will ship in 1 to 2 business days. They won't credit my account and I have no way to call them or Amazon to work this out. I sent them the URL of the Ad in Amazon. Is it even legal to charge a credit account before an item is ready to ship? Even if it is, it's a terrible business practice. I recommend that you stay away from this company, they're bad news! Byt the way the customer service rep that wrote back to me was Debora F. Good luck working with her!!!"
"Customer service was useless. My email invoice/confimation had an error - showing two totals (the one I was charged erroneously included overnight shipping charges that I never asked for). I immediately emailed them within 5 minutes of placing the order and received a form response that said "sorry, too late to cancel", but you can always return the item (minus shipping charges of course). So they got $24 to ship a $19 item that I didn't need for about three weeks. And by the way, overnight shipping took four days. I will never order from them again. "
"Don't count on getting your order. I'm 0 for 3 in placing orders with this company & actually getting them. They charge your credit card at the time of the order & then cancel 10-15 days later. What do they do with all of the money they collect & hold? Customer service wouldn't answer my questions & told me to contact amazon.com. Amazon tells me to contact sportsrus customer service. Sportsrus is a fullfilment center for Amazon.com. I have been buying online for 5 years & this is my worst experience."

One week latter they canceled my order and refunded my credit card without ever providing a reason for the cancelation.
