"The shipping was fast...the only problem is I ordered 3 items and only received one. I placed the order on 11/26 and it was delivered on 12/3. By 12/9 I had sent an email inquiring about the other two pieces of my order as one was for my son's birthday on 12/13. I received an email 12/4 stating they would look into it when I called them on 12/5 they told me one of the pieces was out of stock (but I had never received a refund and still have not and when I called today it wasn't even showing that they started the refund process)and they were looking for the 3rd piece??? I called again today as my son's birthday has now come and gone and I didn't have the one thing he asked for and they still can't find it. I asked why they didn't just ship me out a new one and they said that was the last one. Customer service was nice but not very helpful or empathetic. All things considered if this is the worst thing I have to deal with all day not so bad but it's so frustrating when a company has a lack of follow through or accountability. Makes me wonder if I would have ever gotten the refund if I didn't bring it to their attention. I will definitely NOT be shopping with them again!!! "

"Overall my experience with Sports Unlimited has been good. The item I purchased was reasonably priced and arrived at my door in a hurry. Exactly what I would expect so far. My only complaint is that the mini helmet that I purchased arrived with a minor defect in the stripe that runs down the middle of the helmet. I would expect a flawless product without defects of such type. "
