"The item was not as described. It was supposed to be a folding hockey goal. It was not folding. Did not have the connections that fold. The orginal box was inside another box and the orginal box was open at one end. I emailed to ask them to send me the correct fitting to make the goal folding but they have not answered me yet."

The reason I ordered from Sports Unlimited was that there was no indication of a problem using my P.O. Box as the shipping address. Knowing that now, I could have ordered from NFL shop and received items before Christmas."

"I ordered a sweatshirt in XXLT for Christmas. When I placed the order, it said that it was guaranteed for a December 23rd delivery. Then on December 20th I received a message that it would not ship until the 23rd. When I talked with a Customer Service Rep he said that there was a mistake on inventory and it was shipping from the manufacturer and there wasn't anything that could be done. I even offered to pay extra for overnight shipping, but was told that that wouldn't work. I was very disappointed."

"Very prompt in processing my order. I was surprised that it was shipped earlier than they said so it arrived before Christmas! Customer Support gave the wrong info where the product was being shipped from, but no biggie. There was no packaging added to the manufacturer box, so I was worried that it was damaged when it arrived, but fortunately it wasn't. The product was sturdy enough, but i would recommend adding packaging to a manufacturer box ior overbox it f the item is fragile. But otherwise, everything went well and Sports Unlimited did everything you would expect for an online order."
