"I recently ordered a croquet set as a birthday gift, which arrived with a damaged bag; and, by the website pics, also seemed to have a missing hammer. I contacted Sports Unlimited, and spoke with one of their representatives, Jamie Hennelly. I explained the bag's condition, the missing item, and my need to get a replacement back in time to give as a birthday gift. The representative asked if I could email a picture of the damage to him so that he could correct the problem. After receiving the pics, Jamie called and emailed me, explaining to me that he had contacted the company that made the croquet set---that the hammer was no longer included in the croquet set, and that he would make sure corrections would be made to the website, so that there would be no more confusion for future customers. I was kept updated by phone/email during the entire process. He was considerate, competent, truthful, and had a replacement set to me in perfect condition in warp-speed time. Outstanding customer service, quality goods, and warp-speed delivery. What more could you ask of a company? I would definitely do business with Sports Unlimited again---and that decision would be heavily based on the professionalism with which my concerns were handled. Thank you again Jamie!"
