I Googled the address, this clown is operating out of his home, one man show, your orders are filled somewhere else by more clowns.
I've called, emailed, and left messages dozens of times with no response back.

"I placed an order for a Camozzi solonoid valve. Requested that they send tracking info via email, Never got a response. Sent a second email never got a response. I finally got the valve I ordered only to find out that it was not a Camozzi brand as was advertised on the site. I have requested that I be able to return the item but haven't received an answer. I will never use this site again. "

"Tried to contact sprayboothsupplies.com but only got a voice mail and will not return my calls or e-mail. I placed an order for filter frames totaling over $500 on 2/8/15. The money transaction was processed the next day, but I haven't heard anything from the website about shipping and cannot get a hold of anyone at the numbers or email. It has been almost 3 weeks now.

Update: After emailing a request for a refund, the seller got back to me the following day and told me the item was back-ordered. I received the correct product about a month after ordering.

This seller needs to contact buyers if an item is backordered, instead of the buyer having to figure it out after waiting 3 weeks. I was unable to get an answer on the phone, only voicemail, after 5 attempts to call. My voicemail was never returned, only the email (only after requesting a refund).

Shipping was fast, after the product became available. The product is of good quality. Pricing seems to be competitive. I am rating overall 2 stars due to very slow response to customer inquiry."

"To be completely honest here I placed a order online for a Wagner Prima powdercoat setup. Total cost $4895.00. I placed the order 10/18/14 and today is 11/13/14. I have called over 12 times and get voicemail every single time not a live operator like the website says. I left 2 messages and and email asking for a status of order update and a return phone call. I have had no response or contact. My gut feeling is its a small time company with one person operating it and orders online get linked automatically to supply houses and are direct shipped. Basically a website operating by itself. Im actually sorry I placed the order and will try to reverse the charge through my bank as it appears there is no possible way to get in touch with a real person over there. Look up the address of the business on google earth. Its a ranch style home owned by the creator of this ecommerce site. NOT a huge warehouse or corporation. Lookup
