"Stay away from spreadshirt! I am a self employed artist that uploads my own designs to spreadshirt for sale. The problem with spreadshirt is the design rejection, one day they accept the design and than 7 days later they will reject it for BS reasons. Than they give you penalties for rejected designs and reduce your visibility to buyers. It's crazy how they treat us for measly 3 usd! Please take your business elsewhere! I'll change this design when things improve!"
"The sweatshirt material is thin and poor quality looking, size smaller than average for the age needed, and the printing has a faded colour although I asked for an intense yellow colour on the web design. Very expensive (50 euros) for what you get. At least delivery was fast, that's good, so it will give me time to buy a new present for my nephew"
"The quality of the shirt was great, but my issue came from customer service. I overnight shipping from Spreadshirt, though the shipment was delayed. I called UPS and they mentioned they were willing to refund me for the delay as I had to rebook a flight in order to receive the shirts for a trip.
UPS mentioned the refund needed to be processed through the seller (Spreadshirt), though Spreadshirt was unwilling to process this for me despite the delay. When I called customer service they were very rude and unwilling to be helpful. I'll plan on going with a different provider next time."

"So I designed an entire line up of shirts and clothing. This would have totalled about 3k dollars to order everything. I ordered 2 shirts to test as an example. The sizes were true and the shirts were fine. The image print was fine as well. The quality of the print was the worst I have ever seen on both. My finger literally could rub the ink off of both shirts with ease. Within one wash the ink on one shirt was badly damaged. If youre starting a tshirt business than I suggest you find product elsewhere because you cant sell these. I dont think they are curing the shirts correctly. The bad thing....I cant just buy the vector images for the entire line I have created so now I will buy Adobe illustrator, redesign and search for a printshop elsewhere. I would however be curious if the shirts could be hit on a heat press at 355 degrees after I recieve the shirts."
"I paid for international premium shipping to my house. After waiting for multiple weeks I got a call from FedEx saying that I would have to pick up my order from a warehouse, and on top of that I needed to pay double the original shipping fee in duties. I can't believe I was charged so much for shipping and had to pay triple the original price. Also, Spreadshirt never emails you when to pay duties, instead FedEx calls you at random times, and if you're too late they send the shipment back to SpreadShirt. Ordering and customer service was a nightmare. Save yourself the headache and order from another company."

"I ordered a Marine hoodie for my son-in-law as a Christmas gift along with some other shirts. I received it and it looked great. Then over Thanksgiving, he comes out wearing the exact same thing and so I went online to return it for a refund because an exchange wasn't an option. I received a prompt reply stating they would refund me but didn't provide a return address. When I emailed them back, their customer service department said they did not wish me to return it but to donate it or give it to someone who would like it. I don't know of another company that does that except Amazon from time to time, depending upon the product.
I would definitely order from them again."
