"Absolute rubbish, they printed an entire order incorrectly with incorrect sizing and placement. They also insisted I choose a different colour as the printing wouldn't work, but they screwed that up and sent 2 of the original colour and the printing worked fine so they were probably just out of stock in all the sizes. They offered to refund less than 50% of the purchase price which was just an insult as I would be stuck with 50 useless shirts. Otherwise they want me to spend $200 to ship them back to be disposed of when I could easily dispose of them here, it is so wasteful and is nothing more than a tactic to prevent needing to refund when they make mistakes. They have seen the photos so are well aware that nobody would ever try to sell these shirts and devalue their brand.
Do not make the mistake of trusting this store, they might not screw up every order but when they do Screw up yours they will dodge you like a wrench.

"Received surprise bill from fed EX for paying tax at the US border of almost 20$ (for a 26$ shirt) on top of already paying 11$ for shipping. On their website it says they indicated that it maybe subject to import taxes but it is honestly really not clear when you order this. I ordered from US in the past and never had this problem. I would not recommend to anyone to ever order with this company from Canada."

"I ordered a hoodie for my son before Christmas and it came within a few days. He is a pretty true XL but the hoodie was small. I initiated an exchange on Christmas afternoon. I had an email the next day that was giving me instructions of the exchange which included keeping the hoodie that was too small and donating or regifting it and then the shipping notice of the new larger hoodie. They stated they wanted to make things as hassle-free for us while also helping the environment. Wow, what a great business!"

"I was really excited for spread shirt, I ordered a shirt I customized on November 29th, it is currently December 17th and still no shirt (i called them like a week and ago and they said it’d be here between the 15th and 20th) , I called spreadshirt again and they said it’s estimated arrival date is December 31st, like wtf ???????? It may be good quality whenever I receive it, but the wait is to much, next time I make a shirt I’m gonna try a different site"
