"Do not use this company. This is a scam to collect people's personal information, then the order will be immediately canceled. I tried ordering 4 times, and once with paypal. Each time they claimed my payment details were not correct, even though Paypal took the funds successfully. I had to fight for a refund even though they claimed they could not get payment.
You can't call to submit a payment method. This website is either a scam or absolutely terrible."

I emailed customer service with an attached photo of the defect. Not only were they swift to reply, but they made the redund process very easy and let us keep the defective sweater to donate to someone in need. "The customer service representative worked with me on multiple occasions in order to ensure I received my item. My local post office lost my package not once, but three times while delivering items to an address they have delivered items from this same company. I was finally told that the items were possibly marked as Address Not Found, but the item were never located. Spreadshirt not only sent the item to the new address, but I didn't have to pay any extra fees for the items that disappeared. The custom items arrived shortly after the event that I created them for but I am so thankful of the time and effort that both employees from Spreadshirt and the local post office put in to ensuring that I would receive my personalized items.
