"Ordered a controller but have not received it. FedEx did show it left near front door, but it was not delivered to us. We have surveillance cameras on the front of our house, and near front door. Reviewing the video showed no FedEx vehicle stopped at or near our house, in addition the door video showed no one delivered a box near the door. We contacted S.W. but were first told to wait a day or two, FedEx sometime show delivery information incorrect. Waited a few days, contacted them again and was told they would start a trace. Did not hear anything from S.W. for almost 2-weeks. Contacted them again and was told they showed the package as delivered. This is not correct, our videos show no such delivery. Sprinkler Warehouse is not helping. They do not answer any email sent to them. Their customer service by phone does not help, they do not follow up and as far as I've seen do not do anything except say they will to get you to hang up. FedEx should show tacking information showing the vehicle stopping near our house, but I have not seen this information, since our cameras do not show any delivery. They have taken our money and blown us off. Terrible company, terrible customer service. Take your chances, if you have any issues you will most likely be out of luck. "

I tried multiple times to call customer service using every extension available with no response...always being told I was "fifth in line" and then being transferred to an extension that was "not available" and whose mailbox was full. This is abysmal customer service. I was trying all this on a Thursday at 2:00pm...well within their hours of operation. If a business doesn't communicate well with it's customers, it might as well not exist."
