"I used the chat feature to ask a very simple question regarding the compatibility of my purchase. The agent did not have an answer. When I asked if she had access to a rep from the vendor, she said all she had was the same material I was seeing on line and had no information. Not impressive ......

When I went to order the item, I was both apprehensive and put off by the several boxes to check regarding returns, restocking fees, etc. Very different from most sites and screams that there may be a problem with getting the right item. Given the depth of knowledge of the sales personnel I am not surprised.

I took a chance and ordered anyway, and the part turned out to be correct, and it arrived in a very timely manner.
