"I made my order on Friday and got it Saturday morning. Shipping and customer service was excellent. However, I ordered a camera with a wireless transmitter and receiver along with a USB DVR. The camera video did not show on the DVR software. The video worked fine when connected straight to a tv, but would not show through the USB DVR. Customer service was good in assisting me with troubleshooting. We came to the conclusion that the USB DVR must be defective and I have initiated a return. Since my order was time sensitive, I have missed my window of opportunity and the company has graciously agreed to give me a full refund, including shipping charges, if the unit is found to be defective when testing upon return. All of the staff were very helpful."
