"I ordered this product after reading ease of use and the benefits it says it will do. I could never get the program to do what they claim it does and the customer support takes a while to respond. There is no phone support it is all done by a help ticket which can take 24 hours. If you are having problems with installation setup it would be nice to have immeadiate support. After several attempts with the help ticket which did not solve the problem I asked for a refund. They ignored the refund request and kept responding to the technical question that they could not solve. It took several e-mails to get them to finally comply with refund request. I do not recommend this company to any one. Shop some where else."
