"I chose a policy and entered all requested data including payment info and when I selected pay I received an error message stating a communications error with the administrative center. What the hell did that mean?. They stated not to apply again but to wait for a response. Which never came. (It just came while typing this review)
I called the customer service, and he was very helpful, said that the policy I requested was no longer accepting coverage in Israel. Understandable, but would have been nice to have that explained in the message.
Anyway, I found a policy that did cover me in Israel so all is good now."
