I have not had to file any claims, so can’t rate the policies or insurance companies. However, I have been purchasing policies via Squaremouth for about seven years, and for multiple travels. I am always satisfied with customer service at Squaremouth. The reps are kind, patient, and full of information. My most recent purchase was for a different kind of travel and I had some new questions. I called twice to ask specific questions. Boh of the agents I spoke with were exceptional. Justine gave me information I never knew before, and clued me into the fact that pet illness or death is included as part of reason for cancellation coverage in at least one of the providers. That has been one of our biggest concerns about cancellation because we have two dogs and would cancel a trip if either had a serious accident or illness. Game changer for us. Besides that super bit of info, in chatting with both Justine and Stacey, I learned a lot more about how insurance works, what to do if solo and have travel illness or accident, and how to read through the intensely detailed coverage descriptions looking for key phrases and coverages and exclusions. What a great service! Thanks Squaremouth. You have some super employees manning the phones.

Old review: Really appreciate the ability to compare features and prices in one place. I then go researching in other review sites to get more info about complaints, claims processes, etc. when I check with insurance sites directly, the prices appear the same as on Squaremouth, but the process on Squaremouth is super much easier than on the crazy insurance sites.
