"Fast and easy! "
"Even though I am a long term customer when I would try to check out I would get a dialog, "Unable to verify account security."
Contacted support with distinct details such as trying different browsers and 4 hours later got a robotic response from "Support Heroes" that never mentioned Mariner or Stack Social. How are we supposed to know who Support Heroes is connected to them? It looked like phishing spam. This alone is unprofessional. Their response basically told me to do what I had already done.
I responded that I had already done everything suggested MULTIPLE times. Got another response from someone else stating, "This is a rare case for us. Is there a way for you to send us a video clip of what you're experiencing on checkout?" So, i sent the video, but did not hear back from them.
I tried again and deleted the credit cards on file (they had worked before) and reentered one. This time it worked. So, if it were a credit card problem the program should tell us that and not the vague, "Unable to verify account security." The techs should also know this.
I have had big problems with their system and support before. I just ordered this time as I needed to use up account credit and will probably avoid buying from them again. The savings are not worth the time."
"The site is very easy to use and order items."
"I would like to use PayPal without logging in."
"Have been following the Twitter page for a while now and just ran out of PlayStation plus. I remembered seeing post about PlayStation plus on twitter so I checked it out. saved money on what I originally wanted plus got a VPN as well. "
"Good help with assistance. Not a bad time in response but would have liked it a little quicker."
"I'm hoping I don't get charged more than once. PayPal would not work on this site and I use PayPal all the time for other sites."
"Free? Who can believe it?"
"How many characters?
Seriously, this is annoying"
"All good thank you for that"
"Loved the available offer"
"Easy peasy that's all. "
"The promotional email from Salon Marketplace stated the price as $179. Upon clicking the link, the price turns out to be $199. Granted, it's only a $20 difference, but multiplied by thousands of purchases, that's a hefty extra net income. Also, it constitutes fraud. Not what I expect from Salon or Babbel."
"Hard getting the results needed."
"Ok but did not allow me to use the 10% off coupon code. "
