"I had an excellent time looking at all the tech products for sale at huge black Friday discounts, but got super frustrated at checkout. It seems that the 10% off promo code for signing up for the email is not able to be applied to orders where you also purchased a protection plan. The website does not mention this, but rather just gives an "ERROR" message without time to read what it says before disappearing. I wish I would have known that in advance. It would give me back almost 80 minutes of my life, and a very stressful 80 minutes is an understatement with a 2 year old begging for dinner. That is the reason I deducted a star. EVERYTHING else went smooth."
