"The activation codes for Microsoft software that this site sells ALWAYS turn out to be already in use so I have to go through their customer support. This means going to and fro with customer support through emails that require for example the order number, screenshots that show the activation is not working etc. before I can finally use the activation code. In other words it usually takes a whole business day after I have bought an activation code before I can use it, because you can only communicate with their customer support through email. The chat function on the site is just a bot which is completely useless.

"I purchased a 5TB backup plan promotion with Polar Backup. After realizing that the sub-par limitations of the backup service would not meet my technical needs, I requested a refund. Apparently, they have a "no refund" policy with their vendors. However, that doesn't mean they can't refund my purchase if I'm not completely satisfied. It seems like a scam to me."
