"It took 5 phone calls each time being placed on hold, immdeiatly before I was able to say anything. Even when I asked for a manager the lady placed me on hold after the 4th call. 30 minutes later and ONLY after I advised i would not hold, explaining the situation was I able to get help. A far cry from in person service. Very frustrating. That being said their in person service techs are great, far better than any other dealer. Phone communications are the only issue. "
