"The cashier offered me an additional discount on all purchases if I applied for a store credit card. I checked out more than once at the managers request. I did not get the extra discount as promised. My other survey code is 0198-003-8155-1009. I was informed after transactions were completed that certain items did not apply to the extra discount. I questioned the associate only to feel betrayed. I’m sure she knew before that I would not get the extra discount. I feel that she promised something she could not deliver just to make a sale. If she honestly did not know, then she should have made an attempt to right her wrong. The experience caused me to doubt the sincerity of Stage associates."
