"Bought 2 pair of shoes for my husband. Had a coupon for 50% off but the last # of price was 8 cents!!!! So coupon no good. The rack we got the shoes off of said 1/2 off and for some reason that was no good either!! So was disappointed in that too! Oh well! I did like the new layout of the store! Refreshing! Didn’t get an opportunity to visit the women’s department which in the past has had nothing much I liked!!"

"Always find what I am looking for. Your merchandise is great. Customer service could use some work. Kandace is awesome. We waited in line for 10 minutes + and there was other people behind us in line. One lady sit at the computer and the other one kept putting out merchandise. No one bothered to help Kandace. I feel if you have a line with 5 people in it then you should stop what you are doing to help."

"The thing I would change the most are the obnoxious people following every move you make to see if you are shoplifting. I understand the importance of having people keep an eye out but when they are making every move you make, its annoying. Then to watch the cashier act like she was going to get a price on something & met the secret shopper behind a column 2 ft away from me I guess to make sure I didn't take anything, I didn't even have my purse so I don't know where they thought I would have put it if I did shoplift. It was the most annoying shopping experience of my life I couldn't wait to get out of there & shop at the Longview Mall in peace!!"

"I'm very satisfied with this store. The layout of the store, the friendly associates, the fitting rooms were clean and of course all the products they sell. I love the doorbusters and all the clearance items. Plus they give back to the community. It's a overall great place to shop. Rather you are buying for yourself or buying a gift.
