"the dressing rooms didn't even have a hook to hand clothes up you were trying on. I also picked up 3 pair of jeans to purchase for my grandson, the sign directly over them stated a price, however when I was at the cash register they rung up much more. I told the man that and he said Oh well wouldn't that be nice, but no that's not the correct price. Wow is all I can say, he didn't even apologize or even go over and move the sign."
"I would like to start out by saying my overall experience was very Good. There's only one thing that I wish they would fix at the Grove Ok store... When they brought in all their home items.... they have crowded the store so bad .. it's hard to shop.. You can't Get in between racks.. It is so crowded it almost makes you not wanna shop in there because you can't get to anything.. Also the clothes racks are so full that clothes constantly fall off because they're so full. And I don't mean to be negative because you have a lot to choose from But your store is starting to look very cluttered..."
